This high-growth Legal 500 firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Partner to lead their Glasgow disputes practice. Equity will be actively considered from the outset and given the growth and profitability of the firm; this is a compelling possibility.

The Role

Based out of the firm's growing Glasgow office, you will have the opportunity to support national clients with their most complex and engaging commercial disputes. Acting in both the Sheriff Court and Court of Session, you will work across a range of commercial issues such as breach of contract, misrepresentation, insolvency disputes, director's duties, negligence claims and real estate matters to name just a few. Furthermore, the litigation will span the full spectrum of sectors, from energy, financial services, technology, transport and more, making for an engaging position. You will be the lead Partner in the Glasgow office and as such will be charged with steering the strategic direction of the practice, developing client relationships and ensuring junior team members are supported.   • Has 8+ years of experience working in Commercial Litigation with a strong network
