The Role
Associate position supporting the growing Dispute Resolution team in Edinburgh
Advise national and local clients on complex, engaging commercial disputes across Sheriff Court and Court of Session
Work on a diverse range of contentious matters including:
Contractual disputes and misrepresentation claims
Professional negligence
Insolvency and restructuring
Real estate disputes
Cross-sector commercial litigation

The Ideal Candidate
Qualified solicitor with 3+ years\’ experience in Commercial Litigation
First-rate drafting skills with strong attention to detail and organisation
Commercial mindset and pragmatic approach to dispute resolution
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently with diverse clients
Self-motivated and willing to learn from leading practitioners
