This leading firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor or Associate to join its highly regarded Commercial Dispute Resolution (CDR) team based in Bristol, with the flexibility of hybrid office and home working. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join an inclusive and friendly team, working with a diverse client base, including corporates, SMEs, and family-run businesses.
The firm is looking for someone who has demonstrable experience in dispute resolution and litigation, with the ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing a varied caseload of commercial-related dispute work, including contractual disputes between businesses, professional negligence claims, and mediation/other forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
- Delivering high-quality dispute resolution and litigation advice to clients.
- Seizing business development opportunities to further grow the firm's client base.
- Collaborating with fee earners across the firm to support cross-office work, with the role based in Bristol.
- A Solicitor or Associate with proven experience in commercial dispute resolution, litigation, and ADR.
- Someone who is capable of working autonomously, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- A strong communicator, with the ability to deliver exceptional client service and build lasting relationships.
