The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 3+ PQE , to join a well-regarded team in Plymouth . This role offers the chance to work on a broad spectrum of commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, shareholder litigation, financial disputes, negligence claims, and judicial reviews. The team also covers a range of specialist sub-sectors, including energy & waste, marine, business risk, regulation, and insolvency, each led by specialist Partners.
This is a fast-growing department, and the successful candidate will be given early exposure to high-quality work, from working on contentious matters to advising on regulatory issues. The team advises a range of clients, from local businesses to national and international companies, ensuring varied and dynamic caseloads.
