The Role: This leading firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Legal Director with 8+ years PQE to join its growing Corporate & Commercial department in Farnborough, Hampshire. As a Commercial Legal Director, you will handle a diverse and high-profile caseload of commercial law matters, from straightforward T&Cs to complex outsourcing arrangements in regulated sectors. You will work on high-value projects alongside leading law firms or highly regarded in-house legal teams, with a particular focus on sectors such as software, manufacturing, technology, and financial services. In this senior role, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring a team of six fee-earners, varying in experience and PQE, while working with leading lawyers from outside of London. Your leadership will be key to driving the department's success and continuing its expansion.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with 8+ years PQE
