The Role: Working with this Legal 500 Tier-ranked IP team, you will gain exposure to an incredible range of commercial and IP work including; drafting and advising on franchise agreements, distribution and agency agreements, media contracts, sponsorship agreements and intellectual property protection work. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the most exciting and innovative commercial clients in the market, both in the UK and internationally. These clients span every sector and size, and each presents a unique set of challenges, making for a role which is inherently varied and stimulating.

This role is best suited to someone with a generalist commercial contracting and IP background who is comfortable in a transactional environment. Specific sector focuses include retail, sport, food and drink and financial services. You will be able to develop strong networks with clients and identify and act on business development opportunities that arise in your network.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Is an ambitious individual with a minimum of 3 years of relevant PQE
  • Excellent verbal/written communicator with first-rate interpersonal skills
  • Has a client focus and approaches problems in an effective, organised and skilled manner
  • Ability to manage complex and varied workloads efficiently to the highest standard
  • Is a self-starter who is able to complete work independently, with supervision
