An exceptional opportunity has opened for a talented and driven Dispute Resolution Lawyer with at least 2 years PQE to join a fast-growing, innovative law firm. About the Role:

As a Dispute Resolution Lawyer, you'll manage a diverse and challenging caseload, representing clients in both personal and commercial disputes. You will work alongside a high-performing, experienced team, advising businesses and individuals on complex legal matters and offering strategic solutions to help them resolve disputes efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a range of high-value and complex commercial disputes, including contract issues, debt recovery, and asset recovery cases.
  • Developing and executing strategies for alternative dispute resolution (ADR), helping clients avoid lengthy litigation.
  • Advising on and managing business asset recovery, guiding clients through the legal process to reclaim valuable assets.
  • Providing strategic advice and representation, ensuring clients achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Collaborating with a forward-thinking team and contributing to business development efforts to grow the firm's profile.

This role will allow you to grow your expertise in commercial dispute resolution while contributing to an innovative and client-focused team.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 2 years PQE with experience in commercial dispute resolution, asset recovery, or debt recovery.
  • Strong experience advising clients on alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation, arbitration, and negotiation.
  • A proven ability to manage complex disputes and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Exceptional negotiation and client management skills, with a focus on achieving practical solutions.
  • A proactive, client-first approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
