The Role
The firm seeks a Civil Litigation Solicitor (2+PQE) with cross-disciplinary knowledge of the courts and relevant legal areas. You will handle a varied caseload of Civil Litigation matters including Employment, Personal Injury, and more. Whilst working closely with the Head Of Department, your key responsibilities will include:
- Taking client instructions and providing legal advice and assistance.
- Managing a caseload of client matters in accordance with Quality Procedures Manual, SRA Code, LAA Contract, Lexcel, CQS, and SQM requirements.
- If applicable, supervising staff.
