You will join one of the UK’s largest and most nationally recognised teams in the Social, Sustainable and Green Finance sector, with a strong focus on affordable and social housing finance. The team advises on all aspects of social, sustainable and green funding from finance and property security to debt capital markets. For debt financing, refinancing and restructuring, no other firm matches their depth of expertise, collaborative approach, or consistency of delivery.
The Role: Joining the firm’s market leading Social, Sustainable and Green Finance team, you’ll focus on a range of high-value and complex environmental, social and green matters. From decarbonisation efforts and revolutionising social housing to bond issues, private placements, syndicated & bilateral loans, and sustainability-linked financing. Advising a diverse range of clients, including housing associations, registered providers, funders and investors.
You will become a key part within this high performing, cohesive and busy team. Contributing to the growth of the practice by building and maintaining strong client relationships, alongside working closely with other teams and disciplines to deliver seamless, multidisciplinary advice.

Requirements:
- Be a qualified solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE, gained at a comparable law firm, showcasing a proven track record of expertise and experience within this sector.
