Due to continued success, this Legal 500 Firm located in the West-End seeks a Residential Property Associate Solicitor with 5+ PQE to join their expanding team. The Firm: Based in the heart of London’s West-End, this Legal 500 firm has recently opened another office due to their continued success and have ambitious plans to continue this over the next 18 months. They have maintained their reputable reputation by handling high-quality matters and strategic senior hires throughout all levels, including Partner; this has enabled them to make significant strides within all areas, including Residential Property.
The Role: This firm’s presence within the Residential Property area of London is undeniable. The directors have an incredible depth of knowledge and experience. The quality of work is second to none; freehold & leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new build/plot sales, secured lending and much more. Despite dealing with a high calibre of work, your caseload will always be manageable. You may also be asked to assist more senior managers with more complex matters, and a support network supports every team member.
Requirements:
- You will be a Residential Property Senior Solicitor with 5+ PQE
- You will be a dynamic and personable individual
- You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- You will be able to and comfortable in managing/developing client relationships
