The Role involves joining a busy Property Finance team, working alongside partners and senior lawyers on:

- Specialised funding types such as Islamic finance, loan-on-loan and acquisition finance tied to property assets.
- Sector-specific financing, including PRS/build-to-rent, hotels, student accommodation and co-living.

- Equity investment in property ventures.
- Restructuring, enforcement, and security reviews for distressed or complex loans.
- Inter-creditor arrangements governing lender relationships.
Responsibilities include:
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence.
