The RoleYou will be the lead family lawyer in Cambridge, responsible for launching and growing the office while continuing to run a high-quality private family caseload.
- Lead the opening and day-to-day running of the Cambridge office
- Handle a strong mix of private family work, including financial remedy, children matters and complex or high-value disputes
- Build and develop your own practice, supported by established referral streams and central marketing
- Work closely with partners and senior colleagues across the wider firm on sensitive and contested matters
- Develop relationships with local referrers and professional contacts to embed the firm in the Cambridge market
- Recruit, mentor and develop future team members as the office grows
- Play a visible role in the wider strategy of a growing, multi-office family practice
