Based in Cambridge, you will join a close-knit corporate team that works on the full lifecycle of business growth, from early structuring through to acquisitions, funding and exits.
The Role
You will work closely with experienced partners and senior associates on a broad spread of corporate matters, including:
- Private company acquisitions and sales
- Corporate finance and transactional debt funding
- Corporate structuring, reorganisations and governance
- Director and shareholder relationships
- LLPs and partnership matters
- General company law and commercial advisory work
You will be involved from day one, helping to draft, review and progress transactions, with increasing responsibility as your confidence develops.

- Newly qualified Corporate Solicitor (or due to qualify shortly)
