You will advise on a broad mix of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, development projects, investment portfolios and secured lending. The work is genuinely varied and often strategic, supporting corporate transactions, regeneration schemes and long-term asset management for institutional, public sector and private clients. You will have direct exposure to clients early, working closely with experienced partners and legal directors both in Bristol and across the wider national real estate team.
You will be part of one of the largest and most established real estate groups outside London, with the scale to handle complex, high-value transactions and the infrastructure to support you properly. The Bristol team is led by recognised specialists, with further senior hires strengthening the platform and creating clear opportunities for development as the office continues to grow.
