An exciting opportunity exists for a Partner-level Real Estate Solicitor to join the growing Bristol office. The firm is seeking an experienced individual to join their Legal 500-ranked real estate team, with a strong background in commercial property law. The role will involve leading the team’s expansion in the region and advising an expanding client base, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and entrepreneurs.
As a Partner, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad and high-quality caseload, covering matters such as portfolio management, secured lending, landlord and tenant agreements, acquisitions and disposals, and corporate real estate transactions. You will play a key role in business development, both within the region and firm-wide, helping to grow the client base and enhance the firm’s market presence.
