A leading full service regional firm in the South, with a collaborative culture, a growing dispute resolution team, and a strong reputation for property litigation, is looking for a 2+ PQE solicitor to join its Bournemouth office.
The Role
- Manage your own caseload of property litigation matters, acting for developers, retail chains, commercial property owners, agents, residential landlords and private individuals.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team on larger or more complex disputes.
- Handle the full range: commercial landlord & tenant (break notices, forfeiture, dilapidations, lease renewals), possession and rent recovery, boundary/easement disputes, adverse possession, leasehold enfranchisement, and property related professional negligence.
- Advise on legal procedures and strategy, always with a commercial, client focused approach.
- Keep up to date with changes in the law, including emerging areas like AI in legal services.
