The Role
You'll work alongside partners and senior associates on a broad range of Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury matters, including surgical errors, delayed diagnoses, catastrophic injuries and complex multi-party disputes. You'll manage your own files, assist on larger claims and be involved in investigations, expert evidence, negotiations and settlement discussions. The structure is supportive, but you'll have enough autonomy to grow quickly.
