The office is based in a prime Bournemouth location, part of a network of branches that gives the firm coverage across the region. Managing a full residential property caseload, from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion matters Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, lease extensions, transfers of equity, and remortgages Advising clients clearly and practically, translating legal complexities into plain English Contributing to the firm's business development efforts, including networking and building a local profile You are a solicitor or chartered legal executive with at least four years' experience in residential property. You can run a full caseload without supervision, and you take pride in getting the detail right. You communicate well, both with clients and with colleagues, and you understand that a conveyancing transaction is one of the most important things in a client's life at that moment.
