The Role This is an excellent opportunity for an Employment Associate 1+ years PQE to join the firm's growing Birmingham office.
You will handle a varied mix of contentious and non contentious employment matters, including employment tribunal litigation, disciplinary and grievance matters, restructures and redundancies, TUPE, restrictive covenants, settlement agreements, executive exits and the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
