Banking & Finance Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE)
Location: Glasgow
Team: Tier 2 – Banking & Finance

The Role
This is an opportunity for a Banking & Finance Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE) to join a Tier 2-ranked department at a highly renowned international firm in Glasgow.
You’ll work alongside some of the most highly regarded Banking Lawyers in the UK, advising on high-profile transactions for leading financial institutions, corporates and borrowers.
This is a rare chance to kickstart or progress your career in a dynamic, ambitious and growing finance practice while gaining exposure to both domestic and cross-border deals.

The Work
You’ll gain exposure to a broad mix of transactional Banking and Finance matters, including:
- General Corporate Banking
- Leveraged and Acquisition Finance
- Real Estate Finance
- Structured Finance
- Lender-side and borrower-side representation on high-value and often complex transactions
- Working with teams ranked highly in the L500 and Chambers on UK and international deals
- Supporting on large-scale transactions while handling your own matters with supervision
This is a role where no two days are the same, offering variety, responsibility and the chance to build technical expertise in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Your Experience
- NQ–2 PQE with experience in Banking and Finance
- Commercially astute and motivated to grow into a market-leading finance lawyer
- Strong communicator with excellent drafting and client relationship skills

- Keen to engage with development, mentoring and leadership opportunities
