Ranked by the prestigious Legal 500 Tier system, you will be a key senior member of the rapidly expanding Banking and Finance team, collaborating with colleagues across the UK. You will handle a wide range of banking work, including acquisition and leveraged finance, general corporate banking, REF, and structured finance. Clients include some of the most respected banks, investors, and financial institutions in the country. You will manage your own cases and work on complex, engaging, and rewarding matters. The Ideal Candidate

• Has 4-9 years PQE with strong banking experience.
• Experience working with stakeholders, including borrowers, lenders, and investors, throughout transactions.
• Capable of managing a varied caseload and developing client relationships.
• Commercially aware and knowledgeable about current construction law landscape.
