The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Banking & Finance Solicitor to join this Top 50 firm in Manchester.
In this role, you will advise banks, lenders, fund managers, and corporate and institutional clients-both borrowers and lenders-on a full spectrum of finance and security matters. Your expertise will cover asset-based lending, leveraged finance, corporate lending and borrowing, real estate finance, government finance, bonds, and capital markets.
You will also support the corporate team on funding issues related to capital markets and M&A transactions, as well as assist the commercial and real estate departments with portfolio property refinances and broader funding matters. Additionally, you will play a key role in drafting and preparing essential transaction documents.
