The Role

As part of this highly acclaimed Legal 500 Banking team, you\’ll have the opportunity to work on an impressive variety of financing transactions, representing both borrowers and lenders. Clients include UK clearing banks, leading European and investment banks, independent financiers and investment funds. You\’ll gain exposure to a broad spectrum of matters, including asset-based lending, receivables finance and traditional corporate, leveraged and real estate finance.
