The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Banking & Finance Associate with 1+ years PQE to join a highly regarded team in Bristol. As a junior associate, you will be exposed to a broad variety of work, including advising on complex financing transactions and drafting key documents such as credit agreements, intercreditor agreements, and security paperwork.
You will also play an integral role in high-profile cross-border deals, gaining valuable international experience.
