Ae you a Solicitor looking to build your Private Client career in a team that will invest in your development?

This is an opportunity to join a well-established Private Client team in Aberdeen, working alongside experienced practitioners with a strong reputation across the North East.

You’ll gain exposure to a broad range of Private Client matters, including wills, powers of attorney, executries, trusts and succession planning, working closely with senior colleagues as you develop your own technical expertise and client relationships.

For an NQ, this is a role where you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of your own matters while continuing to learn from an experienced team.

If you’re a trainee approaching qualification but hasn’t had a dedicated Private Client seat, you may still be considered if you have relevant transferable skills and a clear interest in moving into the area.

The team is busy and growing, with the scope to develop your experience across a varied caseload and build a long-term career within award winning Private Client.

You’ll have access to structured support and development, with the opportunity to work towards further qualifications such as STEP as your career progresses.

  • Your Experience
  • Scottish Qualified Solicitor at NQ-2 PQE, or a trainee approaching qualification.
  • Private Client experience is preferred, but trainees without a Private Client seat will also be considered where they can demonstrate relevant transferable experience.
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, client-focused approach.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and genuine interest in developing a career within Private Client.
