The Opportunity
As a Real Estate Associate, you’ll play a key role in one of the firm’s fastest-growing teams. The Health Real Estate division offers a rich mix of challenging and rewarding work, with direct client contact and responsibility from day one. You’ll advise on a broad scope of property matters for clients in the public and independent healthcare sectors. This includes:
- Lease negotiations and landlord/tenant matters
- Title investigations and reporting
- Supporting academy conversions through conveyancing work
- Drafting Deeds of Easement, Licences, Tenancy at Will
- Collaborating with the wider commercial team on innovative NHS contracting projects
You’ll also benefit from hands-on mentoring, access to senior leaders, and the chance to travel for client work and team collaboration.
What We’re Looking For:
- UK-qualified Real Estate Solicitor (1+ PQE)
- Strong commercial acumen and client-facing confidence
- Experience with health sector clients is a bonus, but not essential
