The Role

This is a unique opportunity for a Planning Lawyer to join a growing and highly skilled team in Sheffield. You will work on a diverse range of projects , from high-profile DCO mandates to major energy and infrastructure developments , gaining exposure to some of the most exciting and complex work in the field.
Key responsibilities include:

Supporting partners in delivering major energy and infrastructure projects .

Advising on development consent orders (DCO) , compulsory purchase matters , planning applications, appeals, and judicial reviews.

Handling marine licences , EIA and HRA processes , and public local inquiries .

Collaborating with teams across the firm, including Real Estate and Energy groups, on significant real estate and infrastructure transactions .

You will work with renowned developers, energy companies, utilities and public bodies , contributing to innovative solutions in a fast-evolving sector.

The Ideal Candidate

A qualified solicitor with NQ-3 years of PQE .
