This is an exciting opportunity for a junior employment solicitor (1-4 PQE) to join one of the country’s most renowned and leading Employment teams that is consistently recognised by the Legal 500. As a key member of this growing and dynamic Leeds team, you’ll collaborate closely with the firm’s wider Legal 500-recognised Employment team on a broad spectrum of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Your work will range from providing day-to-day HR and advisory support to playing an integral role in complex strategic projects, high-value tribunal claims, TUPE transfers, collective employment issues, and more. With plans for the large and rapid expansion of the Leeds team, the role offers unparalleled opportunity for quick and organic career progression.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years of PQE as a qualified solicitor with Employment Law experience
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Manage a varied caseload with a range of clients
  • Has strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients and colleagues alike
  • Is well organised and can prioritise efficiently
