The Role

The firm is now looking for a talented 5-6 PQE Commercial & Technology Associate to join its specialist team, working alongside a highly regarded Partner who advises leading figures in the media, technology, and sports industries.

This role offers exposure to a broad range of commercial, technology, and intellectual property matters, including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on brand protection strategies, and supporting clients on the structuring and launch of new ventures. The team frequently works on international matters, offering strategic guidance on commercial rights, sponsorship agreements, licensing, and regulatory compliance for clients across multiple sectors.

You will be advising high profile clients, including leading figures in entertainment, major sports organisations, tech driven businesses, and renowned hospitality brands. The work is diverse and fast paced, requiring a commercially astute lawyer who can provide creative and strategic solutions to clients.

Requirements:

You will be a Commercial & Technology Associate with 5-6 years PQE.

You will have experience advising on commercial contracts, intellectual property, and technology related matters.

You will have a strong understanding of the media, entertainment, sports, or technology sectors.

You will be commercially minded with excellent client relationship skills.

You will thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoy working closely with high profile clients.
