The Role

You\’ll be joining a highly regarded Banking & Finance team that handles a diverse mix of financing work, acting for a range of major players-think UK clearing banks, investment funds, and European financial institutions.
Typical work includes:

Asset-based lending

Corporate and leveraged finance

Real estate finance

Receivables financing

You\’ll be working alongside leading individuals recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers, gaining hands-on experience with complex, high-value transactions. The team offers excellent training and mentorship to help you take your career to the next level.
