I am currently working with a prestigious law firm, renowned for its collaborative and high-performing Banking & Finance team, who are looking to appoint an Associate. This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor to join a tight-knit, non-hierarchical team and gain exposure to a broad range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions.
The team advises on a wide array of matters, including leveraged, real estate, structured, Islamic, and receivables financing, as well as restructuring existing facilities. Their client base includes major clearing banks, commercial and private banks, non-bank lenders, investment funds, institutional investors, corporate borrowers, hedge funds, and family offices.
