53000 - 65000 per annum Farnborough, Hampshire Permanent Commercial & IP Solicitor | 2+ PQE | Farnborough A Legal 500-ranked corporate and commercial team in the Thames Valley is looking for a commercial and IP solicitor to join a growing practice working with household-name brands, technology companies and owner-managed businesses.

You would advise on a broad range of commercial agreements and intellectual property matters, with increasing exposure to cross-border projects and clients operating in technology, software, manufacturing, retail and consumer-facing markets.

The commercial team sits at the heart of that growth strategy, which means investment, clear progression routes and the chance to work on sophisticated work in a regional market.

The Work You will draft, negotiate and advise on commercial contracts including supply and distribution agreements, licensing arrangements, technology and software contracts, and high-value service agreements.

IP protection, licensing, brand strategy and IP considerations within commercial transactions.

The client base is varied and includes technology and software businesses, manufacturing and logistics companies, retail and consumer brands, and owner-managed businesses with international operations.
