The Role
In this position, you will join a Tier 1-ranked Banking & Finance team, handling a diverse portfolio of lending transactions across multiple sectors and product lines. Your work will focus particularly on the technology, media, and telecoms industries, as well as energy, infrastructure (including digital infrastructure), life sciences, healthcare, hospitality and leisure. You'll engage in a wide range of legal matters, including lending and refinancing deals, private equity-backed acquisition financing, embedded finance transactions, and investment finance. Working alongside highly regarded Legal 500-recognised professionals, including expert partners, you'll thrive in a collaborative and supportive team culture designed to maximise your career potential. The Ideal candidate
- An ambitious Banking & Finance Solicitor with 3-6 relevant PQE
- Experience liaising with stakeholders including borrowers, lenders and investors throughout the full transaction lifecycle.
- Is commercially aware and knowledgeable about the current banking law landscape
- Can manage a varied caseload with a range of clients and has the ambition and communication skills to further develop client relations.
