Description: A prominent property management group with a portfolio of over 800 properties is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor for their in-house legal team. The successful candidate will manage commercial leasing activity, negotiate and draft leases for retail, office, and industrial premises, and handle business lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. The role involves working closely with the Head of Legal and internal asset management teams to provide commercially focused advice.
Eligibility: Applicants must be qualified solicitors in England & Wales with at least 7 years of PQE in commercial property. Candidates should possess strong hands‑on experience in commercial leasing and the ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
