The team is known for its commercial, strategic approach to employment law, tackling complex boardroom issues, high-profile exits, and contentious disputes with finesse and precision.
The successful candidate could bring expertise in advising on a wide spectrum of employment matters, including but not limited to:
- High-level HR issues such as restructures, site closures, and regulatory breaches
- Complex disciplinary and grievance processes, whistleblowing claims, and discrimination disputes
- Partner and shareholder disputes within professional services and financial institutions
- TUPE, outsourcing, and employment aspects of corporate transactions
