The Employment Practice

The employment team is highly ranked and praised for its deep technical knowledge, commercial

  • TUPE and employment support on corporate and real estate transactions
  • Senior executive exits, board-level disputes, and team moves

  • LLP and partnership matters
  • Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, policies and handbooks

insolvency practitioners and entrepreneurs. The team regularly advises across sectors, including financial services, media, fashion, tech, and hospitality.

You will be joining an experienced and respected team, working alongside other partners to drive the department forward and deliver high-level advice to a sophisticated client base.

  • You will be an experienced Employment Partner or a senior lawyer ready for partnership
  • Strong expertise in both contentious and non-contentious employment law
  • Ability to advise across the full spectrum of employment matters, including litigation, TUPE, discrimination, senior exits and restructures
  • Commercially minded, client-focused, and confident, building long-term relationships
  • A following is welcome but not essential. This firm values quality, ambition and cultural fit
