Exciting opportunity for an experienced Court of Protection Associate 5+ years PQE or CILEX to join a highly respected practice in Bristol.

This well-established COP team currently acts as Deputy for over 200 clients, providing crucial support in managing damages for individuals who have suffered personal injury or clinical negligence. In line with the team’s growth, they are seeking a skilled lawyer with a proven track record in damages management through the Court of Protection or via personal injury trusts.

In this role, you will oversee key aspects such as property acquisition and adaptation, budget planning, and securing financial awards, demonstrating a strong history of achieving favourable outcomes for clients.

The firm is also looking for someone capable of supervising and developing junior team members, while taking an active role in business development and expanding client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing team and make a real impact in client’s lives.
