This role offers a fantastic opportunity to advise on a wide range of banking and finance matters, including: Acquisition finance, Asset finance/ABL, Secured lending and debt restructuring and refinancing.
With strong support from the firm’s Corporate and Real Estate Finance teams, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop a high-performing practice while leveraging the firm’s existing lender relationships and extensive market reach.
We are looking for a commercially minded and ambitious Banking & Finance Partner who is eager to take on a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have:
