The firm is seeking to hire a Corporate Commercial Partner to join their state-of-the-art office in the heart of the West End of London.

Corporate / Commercial is a core area for the firm, and the department plays a central focus in the firms offering. Corporate is an area where the firm has an excellent reputation and a client base built over many decades years. You will join a team of five and work closely with other non-contentious departments.

You will deal with a diverse and broad caseload, which will make for an interesting role. You will act for national and international entrepreneurs, directors, and members as well as limited companies, LLPs, PLCs and multinational corporations.

The caseload will include but not be limited to; M&A, joint ventures, commercial contracts, fundraising, investment, shareholder agreements, and licensing agreements.

  • You will have at least 7 years PQE + in corporate commercial (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)

  • You will be able to work unsupervised

  • You should have a good grounding in business development and networking.

  • Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience and background
