Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Handle commercial and contractual disputes, breaches of contract, and complex claims.
• Manage shareholder, partnership, director, and insolvency-related disputes.
• Handle professional negligence claims, fraud, asset tracing, and injunctive relief.
• Work on construction-related commercial disputes and corporate transactions.
• Manage domestic and cross-border enforcement of judgments and debt recovery.
