About the Role:

On behalf of our client, a leading organisation in the aviation industry, we are currently recruiting for a Technical Service Engineer to support their maintenance activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic environment with a strong focus on safety, compliance and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the maintenance and repair operations, ensuring adherence to customer requirements and regulatory standards
  • Resolution of technical issues, raising and managing technical support requests
  • Address and resolve technical queries to support smooth and efficient maintenance and repair operations
  • Assist planning department and create work instructions in line with work requests
  • Assist commercial department in acceptance and quoting of new workscopes
  • Identify tooling, material and manhour requirements
  • Conduct regular and thorough reviews of documentation
  • Ensure all necessary resources and tools are in place for the shop to implement these changes effectively
  • Work closely with all departments, including safety and compliance, workshop and customer services, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of technical services
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices and procedures

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in aviation
  • Right to live and work in the UK
