About the Role:
To administer, develop and manage all aspects of aircraft planning related to Part 145 activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development of procedures to support a fast-growing Part 145 MRO.
- Chair aircraft pre-input meetings.
- Review incoming work scopes proposals in collaboration with Sales.
- Plan all accepted work packages.
- Collaborate with logistics and production to ensure smooth aircraft input and efficient TAT.
- Manage all communications with CAMO's regarding work packages.
- Management of technical records.
- Management of technical publications.
- Attend global planning and sales meetings on behalf of the company.
Candidate Requirements:
- 5+ years airline or MRO industry experience in maintenance planning (3rd party MRO experience advantageous).
- Managerial experience, with the ability to train and motivate a team.
- In depth knowledge of EASA and CAA Part-M and Part-145 legislation.
- Strong IT skills.
- Fluent in English.
