This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic environment with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and technical excellence. Key Responsibilities * Managing part / tool levels via stock management system via supply chain management / ERP software systems * Placing tooling orders with approved suppliers and monitor order fulfilment * Organising and managing materials / products in the Warehouse (Stores) * Ensure waste material (FOD) is disposed of correctly * Order materials in accordance with maintenance needs and demand * Ensure that tooling calibration certificates are specified and supplied for all applicable tools and gauges * Shipments of parts and tools including dangerous goods Candidate Requirements Essential: • Previous experience in a Materials Controller / Warehouse Coordinator role within manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics • Experience with supply chain management / ERP software systems • Maintaining stock (tooling and parts) availability to relevant KPI’s • Book parts out to work orders as requested by Team Leaders and Manufacturing Operatives • Experience of picking & kitting of parts • Familiar with Microsoft Office (i.e. Word and Excel) • Experience operating a counterbalance forklift Desirable: • Excellent organisational and planning skills • Ability to work independently Why Work with JMC Aviation?
