About the Role:
You will play a key role in identifying, developing, and implementing new component repair solutions. This includes analysing technical documentation, introducing new repair capabilities, and supporting production teams with engineering expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform aircraft maintenance in accordance with approved data, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Certify maintenance tasks and issue Certificates of Release to Service (CRS) within licence and authorisation limits.
- Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, defect rectification, and component replacements.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot aircraft system defects, implementing effective corrective actions.
- Ensure all maintenance documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain compliance with EASA/UK CAA regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Support and supervise technicians and mechanics where required.
- Promote a strong safety culture and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidate Requirements:
- UKCAA License with experience working on A320 Base / line maintenance expertise on commercial aircraft
- Diploma, apprenticeship, or equivalent qualification
- Valid UK right to work
