Role Conditions:
- Working Monday to Thursday, 07:30 – 16:00 & Friday, 07:30 – 12:30
- Overtime paid at 1.5 times hourly rate

About the Role:
On behalf of our client, a leading organisation in the aviation industry, we are currently recruiting for a Workshop Technician. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic environment with a strong focus on safety, compliance and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with approved maintenance data and to the order requirements
- Carry out maintenance tasks including, window polishing, grinding/fettling, paint stripping, shot peening, removal and/or installation of bearing cups
- Comply with all safety requirements and ensure the correct use of PPE
- Driving company van
- Receipt inspections of customer jobs
- Assisting dispatch, wrapping and packaging of customer jobs
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience within the aerospace industry
- Ability to read and interpret engineering data and drawings
- Ability to manage own time to work efficiently and to deadlines
- Right to work in the UK
