About the Role

On behalf of our client, a leading organisation in the aviation industry, we are currently recruiting for a Line Station Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of aircraft line and AOG maintenance inputs and projects
  • Ensure all maintenance certifications align with current privileges detailed in the organisation's MOE
  • Maintain the highest standards in all maintenance activities, meeting both regulatory and company standards
  • Uphold safety and quality standards in the certification of line and AOG maintenance support events, in accordance with current company approvals and licensed certification privileges
  • Act as the primary point of contact for aircraft owners or representatives
  • Maintain preparedness for immediate travel, ensuring swift responses to customer demands and timely resolutions
  • Transparent and satisfactory communication with customers and internal stakeholders during deployments, ensuring clarity and satisfaction throughout
  • Adhere to assigned tasks, ensuring they align with the organisation's MOE capabilities and comply with relevant state-of-registry regulations
  • Assume responsibility for the AOG response vehicle, overseeing ownership, equipment, stock control, and replenishment to guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Seamlessly transition between AOG deployments and base maintenance duties, remaining ready for immediate response Ensure strict compliance with company procedures, particularly in relation to health, quality, and safety policies
  • Actively participate in the company's safety system, identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks and hazards
  • Exercise authoritative guidance over staff within the assigned area, offering support and direction as necessary
  • Candidate Requirements
  • Hold a full unrestricted UK CAA B1 or B2 license
  • Type rated on at least 1 business jet aircraft
  • Demonstrate proficiency in engine ground run procedures
  • Experience carrying out risk assessments
  • Analytical skills, including the use of Microsoft 365 packages, especially Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Right to work in the UK
