We are representing a highly prestigious brand with the recruitment of a Part 145 Maintenance Manager for their rotary facility on the outskirts of London.
You will be leading the engineering operations for a specialist helicopter MRO supporting Sikorsky, Leonardo, and Airbus helicopters for an exclusive customer base.
Based near London, this is a high-impact leadership role overseeing Base and Line Maintenance, regulatory compliance, customer delivery, and team performance within a UK CAA Part 145 environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Base and Line Maintenance activity, including subcontracted support.
- Manage engineering operations, planning, resources, and team capability.
- Ensure UK CAA compliance, safety, quality, and accurate maintenance documentation.
- Act as a key customer contact from proposal through to completion.
- Support audits and promote a strong compliance and safety culture.
About You
- Eligible to hold UK CAA/EASA Form 4.
- Experienced manager within a Part 145 MRO environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK CAA maintenance compliance.
- Confident leader with excellent communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Helicopter experience highly desirable, especially Sikorsky, Leonardo, or Airbus.
