Office based, Exeter Airport. An exciting opportunity has arisen within JMC Aviation, the world's leading Aviation Engineering, Training & Recruitment business for an Engineering Support Administrator to support our Global Engineering Team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Support with the paperwork associated with the recruitment and onboarding of engineers from abroad
- Maintaining compliance and checking the validity of application documentation
- Collaborate with other teams to allow for an efficient onboarding and landing process for sponsored applicants
- Support the maintenance and updating of internal guidance materials, internal handbook notes and information
- Issuing arrival communications in coordination with onsite account representatives
- Booking flights and arrival accommodation for new engineers
- Preparing candidate packs
- General admin
- Maintain a good understanding of UKVI knowledge
- Maintain a good understanding of Right to Work legislation
- Maintain compliance across company CRM software
- Collecting pay details and right to work documents for new starters
- Provides cover for Engineering Support Coordinator primary duties when they are absent
- Assisting the team with any further duties
- Level 1 SMS Portal User Responsibilities as detailed in separate annex
Person Specification
- Essential:
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to prioritise

- Able to work well within a team whilst also using own initiative
- Pleasant telephone manner
- Flexibility within the role
- Experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems
