Role Conditions:
- Working Monday to Thursday, 07:30 to 16:00 and Friday, 07:00 to 12:30
- Annual profit share scheme

About the Role:
On behalf of our client, a leading organisation in the aviation industry, we are currently recruiting for a Welder to support their maintenance activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic environment with a strong focus on safety, compliance and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG welding operations to a range of steel and stainless-steel components
- Perform assigned tasks in a professional manner with emphasis on safety
- Make entries on technical records documenting work performed, including recording references to the technical data used
- Perform any other duties within your capabilities as directed by the Company
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be proficient in TIG welding
- Must hold or have held a recognised welding qualification (BCAR A8-10 would be desirable, AWS D17.1 or BS EN9606 would be advantageous)
- Possess the ability to obtain approval to BCAR A8-10 in the required material groups and configurations
- Previous experience in the aerospace industry is desirable but not essential
- Engineering hand skills with the ability to carry out blend repairs and minor adjustments
- Right to work in the UK
