Job Title: Aircraft Sales Administrator Location: St Athan, Barry Employment Type: Permanent Start Date: Immediate Shifts options: 40 hours per week β 8:00am β 4:30pm Monday β Friday. Benefits: β’ Competitive Salary: Β£26,000 Per annum + Bonus Scheme β’ Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays β plus on occasion, discretionary annual leave days given by executive team Alternating β’ Company Annual Bonus β’ Company Pension Plan About the Role This role supports the sales function by managing aircraft component documentation and handling customer enquiries across the e-commerce platforms, email, and social media channels. Key Responsibilities * Aircraft Component Documentation * Assist in compiling, verifying, and maintaining trace documentation for aircraft components in line with industry standards (e.g., ATA Spec 106, EASA/FAA). * Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible for sales and compliance purposes. * Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve documentation gaps or inconsistencies. * E-Commerce & Customer Support * Respond to customer enquiries via email, online marketplaces (e.g., ILS, Parts Base), website and social media platforms. * Provide product information, pricing, availability, and shipping details in a timely and professional manner. * Support the listing and updating of inventory on e-commerce platforms. * Sales Administration * Prepare quotations, process orders, and generate invoices. * Maintain CRM records and track customer interactions, leads, and order status. * Assist in generating sales reports and supporting inventory planning.
