We work primarily with Private Equity Funds and their Portfolio Companies to create commercial value using Data & Artificial Intelligence. In addition, we also work with growth businesses, large corporates, multinationals, and charities. We are headquartered in London with offices in New York and Chennai. Our team of 400+ people is a unique blend of individuals with skills across commercial consulting, data science and software engineering.

Your key responsibilities:

  • The primary focus of all our Consultants is to deliver high calibre commercial & technical solutions for our clients across our 4 core solutions: Core Reporting, Value Creation, Prep for Exit and Data Due Diligence.
  • Work as part of a small project team to deliver & build commercial & technical solutions for our clients.
  • Develop & maintain client relationships including identifying & helping realise new business opportunities.
  • Take responsibility for your own personal development, supported by our L&D team, by completing internal and external training initiatives as required.
  • Support (& lead) internal projects & activities (e.g. Develop new client solutions, Organise Office Socials).
  • Act as an ambassador of JMAN values and provide mentorship to more junior team members as you become more experienced.

Your skills and experience:

  • Proficiency in German is advantageous but not a necessity for this position.
  • Strong communication skills (Verbal, written, and listening).
  • You have an excellent academic background and strong quantitative ability.
  • You are proactive and are a high achiever in your chosen area of interest (e.g. Student Council, College Sports Team etc).
  • You have excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to think about a problem from first principles.
  • Data science experience (e.g. undergraduate major) is valuable but not required.
  • Knowledge of analytical tools including Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, Python, etc is valuable but not required.
  • You are ambitious, thoughtful, and not afraid to voice your opinion.
  • You thrive under pressure and see challenges as opportunities.
  • You display a high level of self‑awareness and take ownership of your personal development areas.
  • You are a self‑starter and happy to do whatever is required to help grow our London office.
